Appointment/Booking T&C- All appointments are made by myself via phone call, text message, email, Facebook or Instagram. Any cancellations made in less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge. All Bridal hair bookings require a £50 non refundable deposit to secure your date. All colour services will require a skin test no later than 48 hours before the appointment, failure to do this will result in the appointment not being able to take place. All services must be paid for at the time of the appointment, no later. These payments can be Cash or BACS.

Data/Privacy Protection - All data I hold is protected. Any information I receive/collect from clients is what is necessary to communicate and make future appointments. This usually consists of, mobile telephone numbers, email addresses, residential addresses & often photographs of clients (for hair purposes only). Any information I hold will all be stored safely on a locked/password controlled device and never shared with any other parties, unless required to do so by law. Any photos are only taken by permission, these are also stored and destroyed safely. ANY information I do store will be destroyed if I don't see the client within 12 months. You have the right to view all information and request for any information about yourself to be destroyed. ALL INFORMATION IS HELD BY CHLOE LYFORD HAIR.
